Job Description
Product Manager with min 5 years of product management experience, for one of the organisations based out of Mumbai. Candidate should be a strong educational background from reputed engineering and management school although MBA is not a bar. We will give preference to candidates from ecommerce, BFSI or startup background who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Product Manager
- The implementation and managing the product road map of digital platforms
- Managing platforms with high volume flows including performance and workflow design
- Engaging with fintech players for collaboration and integration of solution with existing fintech play
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and manage a scaled, industry leading B2B marketplace for industrial products benchmarked against the best global players
· Identify and integrate with best-in-class payment gateway service providers, logistics partners and financier partners to ensure a seamless and rich customer experience
· Scan and establish strategic partnerships/ alliances with innovative Fintech players to further enrich the offering on the platform
· Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory requirements as well as adopt global best practices in these areas.
· Build a motivated, dynamic team of business analysts, UX and QA specialists, constantly setting the bar higher in terms of product excellence and customer delight.
· Establish a process of constantly benchmarking the platform with respect to competitive offerings, and take necessary corrective action wherever needed working with the engineering team to deliver those changes
Key Competencies:
· Understand the Consumer through landscape analysis, customer interviews, user research, competition analysis and other qualitative/quantitative techniques.
· Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks.
· Iterate fast and facilitate a process to come up with the best technology-led ideas to solve the prioritized problems.
· Define detailed product requirements and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (design, engg. business, analytics, etc.) to bring a product to life. Ensure high product quality through processes such as user acceptance testing etc
· Create a go-to-market plan working with business/marketing stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success.
· Define product metrics for your area and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.
