Cluster Manager – Inside Sales

Please note you need to have 4 years of team handling experience on papers in order to qualify for shortlisting.

Candidate should be:

– Data Driven and Analytical in approach
– Good at People Management
– Should possess good leadership and decision-making skills

Roles and Responsibility:

·      Responsible for setting and delivering weekly and monthly sales targets through Team Leaders assigned
·      Designing and implementing sales strategies
·      Monitoring the performance of the sales team
·      Should be able to assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies
