Ease My Hirehaving its registered address at 87E, 2nd Floor, Krishna Nagar, Lane 4, Safdarjug Enclave, New Delhi – 110029 (“Ease My Hire”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website https://easemyhire.in/ through which it inter alia provide a range of technology and other services in relation to human resources technology (“Services”) to the users of the Ease My Hire Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).
This cancellation and refund policy (“Policy”), sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Service cancellation and refund thereof.
1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
- 1.1 By agreeing to use the Ease My Hire Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of Service(s) on the Ease My Hire Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Ease My Hire Platform.
- 1.2 Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your refund or cancellation of an order for products on the Ease My Hire Platform. Every time you wish to use the Ease My Hire Platform, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. •
2. TERMS FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ORDERS
- 2.1. Cancellation: Once you create a job on the Platform, it cannot be cancelled at any stage. In an exceptional circumstance that you choose to pause or cancel the job, you may submit a request in writing by sending an email to contact@easemyhire.in. Such requests will be reviewed by our team and may be accepted, rejected, partially accepted, or partially rejected, depending on the timeline of the job.
- 2.2. Review Criteria: The request to cancel the will be manually reviewed and monitored by our team. The cancellation request will be accepted only if the reason for cancellation is well within the bounds of the initial information provided by you in the job creation process.
- 2.3. Payment: Post review of your request, if such request is accepted by us, you will have to make payment for the amount of work completed as stipulated by us in the acceptance email. Such payment will be based on the amount of work completed between the job start date and the date of cancellation. Also, the amount payable would be at Ease My Hire’s discretion.
- 2.4. Modification/Amendment: Ease My Hire reserves the right to modify, amend, alter and/or vary the terms and conditions of this Policy at our sole discretion with or without providing you due notice of the same. o
- 2.5. Contact: If you have any questions/queries/clarifications regarding the contents of this Policy, please contact Ease My Hire at contact@easemyhire.in. Please note that for the purpose of validation and taking your service request, you shall be required to provide information (including, without limitation, the contact number or registered mobile number, etc.).
- 2.6. Refund: In case the order qualifies for the refund and Ease My Hire decides to refund, the amount will be refunded to you within 15 (fifteen) working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. We do not make any cash refunds. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

Cancellation policy for Recruiters
We understand that the Recruiters (“Recruiter”, “you”, “your”) may wish to cancel an assignment allotted to them by Ease My Hire. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) lays down terms and conditions associated with cancelling/rejecting/passing of an assignment by any Recruiter.
Any Recruiter who chooses to create an account on the Platform and thereby wishes to provide recruitment or research services to our Customers shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated in this Policy.
i.Rejection of assignment
- 1. On receipt of an assignment, the Recruiter will have an option to accept or pass (/reject) the assignment within the time period specified by us. On rejecting the assignment, you confirm your wilful rejection/passing of the assignment, and thereafter, we hold the right to reallocate the assignment to any other Recruiter.
- 2. Frequent cancellation of an assignment because of any reason, can affect the flow of assignments received by any Recruiter from us on grounds of responsiveness, loyalty and quality of association.
- 3. The assignment may be cancelled by us before or after you accept/pass an assignment, we reserve the right to reallocate the assignment to any other Recruiter.
Cancellation
- 1. The Recruiter may cancel the assignment post submitting their formal acceptance of performing their services in lieu of such an assignment.
- 2. At any stage of the assignment, we hold the right to cancel the assignment before it is submitted by the Recruiter.
- 3. There is no cancellation charge that Ease My Hire or any of its affiliates levy on the Recruiter for cancellation of the assignment.
- 4. If the Recruiter is not able to submit the assignment within the agreed timelines, Ease My Hire reserves the right to cancel the assignment without issuing any compensation for any percentage of the task completed.
- 5. In case the quality of assignment submitted by you is not as per expectation (in terms of Ease My Hire’s standards, does not match the brief and instructions) Ease My Hire reserves the right to cancel/reject the submission by giving the reason for the same.
III. Modification/Amendment Ease My Hire reserves the right to modify, amend, alter and/or vary the terms and conditions of this Policy at our sole discretion with or without providing you due notice of the same.
